External Drives for FCP 7.03

I've always used G-Raid 2 TB drives with eSata connections. But lately they are hard to come by. I like them because they are totally quiet and very reliable.

I have a Mac late 2010 2.4 ghz Quad Core Intel Xeon. Can you guys tell me what drives you edit with?

Thanks.

I have mainly Thunderbolt now, but I still have a CalDigit drive that's decent, albiet old. But one job I'm on consistently uses OWC Mercury Elite and Elite Pro drives.

Thanks Shane. I don't believe I can move to Thunderbolt on this mac. The OWC Mercury Elite and Elite Pro drives seem to get mixed reviews. What do you know about these Glyph drives?

Glyph are good. I have an older FW800 drive of theirs. Their main clients are audio people, so they are designed to be quiet. I don't know about that specific model, but they are a decent company...
