FCP: Tapeless Offline / Online Workflow - PluralEyes sync

Hi, I'm editing a project shot on a mix of 5D and XF305 footage, some using an external sound recorder and some not.

I've watched the tutorial about Tapeless Offline/Online and brought the footage in using L&T to ProRes Proxy to edit, and plan to online it for grading.

One card of the XF305 was missing the index.mif so I couldn't bring it in via L&T, so I used Calibrated{Q} and have brought the .MXFs in natively.

Some of the 5D stuff was recorded using an external recorder, and I brought the Proxy clips and sound files into PluralEyes 3 and made new clips.

I'm a little unclear how that works with onlining? Or when is the best time to sync using PluralEyes in an offline/online workflow?

Also, as it's only a short film and space is no issue, do either of the higher quality ProRes options HQ/4444 offer any benefit for the online for grading?

Are there any other mistakes I've made in the workflow at this point? Would like to get it right now to save hassle later on if possible.
