how do you set which frame will be the files' thumbnail when exporting a clip from Final Cut Pro? It seems defaulted to 10 seconds into the clip, how do I change that?

To change a movie’s poster frame:
1. In QuickTime Player, drag the playhead (or use the arrow keys to move the playhead) to
the desired frame.
2. Choose View > Set Poster Frame.
To view a movie’s poster frame, choose View > “Go to Poster Frame.”

Thanks a million!! It is for a series of cooking shows that I am working on, now I can show the best shot of the final dish as opposed to this dude's face on every file. Hahaha!

That's great! I think food looks better than a guy any day!
