It could be a problem with the permission setting of the cleaner app. If I am not mistaken, you're using Autodesk Cleaner 6.5?
Anyway, the user account the you were using when you installed the app normally has the default permission to read and write. Try setting the mode of your "cleaner folder" in the applications folder to chmod777.
See if it works.
