Does anybody know when Leopard will become available; I thought it was March 2007?

"Spring 2007"

That's all we've been told and all that anyone knows.

The NAB convention is April 14-19. I'm pretty confidant that they'll at least have to announce the release date by then as it's likely they'll be showing software there that requires Leopard to run. It still might not come out until June, but By April 14th I'm pretty sure we'll get the exact date, whatever it is.

Apple has a special event at the NAB conference, I actually looked at the mapping of it and they have a huge area taking up three spaces. People have said it will be released at this time. Other rumors are the Mac Pro 8 core(99%), Mini laptop(78%), Mac OSX(89%).

I believe it will be released between April and June.

There's no way they'll release it at NAB, yes they'll show the next version of FCP Studio running on it, maybe or even likely on new uber-Macs but NAB is not the place of an OS release, we'll almost certainly know the exact date by then. There may even be previews of iDVD and iMovie, but I doubt that - it is a broadcast show after all, despite the likes of Avid showing off much less capable but more expensive software packages.

I don't believe they will release it at NAB, but I do believe it will be released before the 21st. I say this because the Apple design award nominations are due by April 23 and there is a category for Leopard Apps.

This could be just for pre-released version of leopard.

What I think Apple will introduce is:
FCS (Suppose to use GPU of Video Card)
Logic (Been 2 years)
iLife (possibly)
Shake (Hope)
MacPro 8 core (Product leak from the UK Apple Store)
Secret Products (Steve jobs' famous line - "One more thing".)

I can't wait till NAB!!!
