Semi-Professional DVD Authoring

I was wondering if there were any free/free trial dvd authoring programs. All the ones i have found are either hundreds of dollars or are extremely basic for home movies. Also just wanted to check that there defiantly wasn't a way to author DVDs in any Creative Cloud program?
