After having a nightmare experience (one of several) with DJI and their customer services over the past few weeks (they are right up there with Comcast and Bank of America).... I had to take just a second to brag on a company that is doing it right.
We love the Litepanels Astra instruments, but I had one develop a problem recently. It was more than a year old so I was sure it was out of warranty, but it's an expensive instrument so I knew that even a fairly pricey paid repair would be more than worth it.
I contacted Litepanels by email yesterday and immediately got a response from Steve in Vitec Videocom Support/Americas. He was super helpful with my issue, explained that I actually have a two year warranty on the light, and was more than eager to help me solve my problem.
That's so refreshing. And sadly, so rare.
So... way to go, Litepanels!
