I guess I've made the mistake of upgrading? I've been using this ProModeler program for sometime but haven't tried using it since switching to Adobe Illustrator CC2014 and also now running OSX Yosemite - no matter how I save my Illustrator file I get the error message that "There were no usable vector paths in this file" Any ideas???
I'm using cc2014 and its working fine. (didn't upgrade to yosemite due to no support for TRIM on 3rd party SSDs).
I make sure my layers are separated correctly and save illustrator CC with no compression no embedded and everything works.
Not sure how OS would change a save settings between apps.
Be sure to turn off the "Use Compression" setting as Aaron suggested. If you are still having problems, try saving the file as an older version of Illustrator such as version 10 or version 8 and see if you are still having problems.
