I have created some spheres in Invigorator Pro AE using 3D primitives. I'm using AE's comp camera. When I animate the camera in such a way that the camera flies closely by the spheres, I get quite a bit of distortion on the shape of the sphere as I fly by. The spheres look more like eggs than perfectly round spheres! I understand that using a very wide-angle lens on the camera will ditort a bit, but it just seems to me that the distortion is very extreme; it just looks very unnatural. Is there a way to minimize this distortion without changing the camera lens to a tele?
