I get an error message of 19097 when I open Media100i. Then it shuts down? What needs to happen to get rid of this message?

Try deleting the Media 100 prefs. If this does not work, run the M100 hardware test to see if you have a board problem

Thanks for the suggestion. I have deleted the preferences more than once. When I run the test program I get an error message that says RCD or RDC is almost full - abort

Jim,

Your board is broken. If you have Platinum Services we can replace it. If you do not we do not offer repair or replacements anymore (many of the components of the P6000 are no longer available).

Sorry for the bad news.

Dave

While this is bad news, maybe it would be the right time to upgrade to one of the newer systems. Or, there are still Media 100 i systems turning up on ebay from time to time.

I might be able to help with a P6000 board if you are looking for one.

I may need the P6000 board. Can you let me know what price you want for it. Also are you currently using Media100?

Thanks,

I got this 19097 error message, and I redigitized my footage and it went away. I am running on a Mac OSX media100. No P6000 or anything. I think the problem was that there were some issues with the underlying linkage of the referenced file (perhaps it was missing or corrupted) and so Media100 was crashing. No more crashing now. Simple fix.
