Hey folks,

upon importing some motion AE titles... when Media 100 (8.2.3) rendered in the graphics track, I'm getting lots of jaggies, and I notice when it's rendering, I'm seeing white flashes in the Source window.
I had recently foolishly let the system upgrade to current QT/OS settings, so I thought I had a quirky QT. (I've seen a lot of unhappiness w/ QT 7.1.5) so I did an Archive/Install.
I'm still seeing jaggies on import.
Am I doing something else stupid, or is there a current recommended system config. (I'm back down to 10.4.6, and qt 7.0.4. I've imported motion titles for years, (with source material from photoshop) so it could be something dumb... but seems like it's a system problem...
thanks,
bubba

How do your problems look? Field order reversed? Resolution (pixel) mismatch)? Are you sure your AE renders are fine and in the correct resolution/aspect ratio?

Floh,
looks like field order reversal. I'm making 720x486 comps, fine res, even though they're photoshop simple shapes, I've tried "interpreting" footage lower field... nothing new or different. that's why I thought it might be a QT problem. when I render a full frame motion image and import full frame into timeline, everything is OK. When I drop a title or shape into the graphics track and let Media 100 render, it jags up... and I've never seen white flashing in the sourc window while it renders.
thoughts?
thank you,
bubba

i too have noticed this same problem. running producer on a macbook pro, rendered titles look like they have feild erversal. i thought it was a bug m100 running in rosetta, but i do have 7.1.5 an 10.4.9 installed.
