if you have lot's of audio splits, use something like TEP to convert the EDL to a batch list, VA1A2 selected. This will make a VA1A2 list from all clips. Now, select both your timeline and program and then dig.
Since M100 is so smart to know what is double, it will only capture once.
Otherwise the deck has to go over every clip with an audio split twice, making the digging doulble as long.
Of course you have slightly too much video on your drives, but who cares...
