I'm in the IT department for an advertising agency that has recently decided to add a Video Editing suite as one of its offerings. To be short, it wasn't planned out at all, and we're quickly running out of space, and have already stockpiled many external drives that are all full.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good articles or had any tips about file management with a video editing workflow. It's difficult for me to imagine that all places has such a stockpile of external drives, external RAIDs, etc. It would be a gigantic help if there were any resources out there that can give advice.
If anyone can offer any help, I'd appreciate it more than words can describe!
