Did you see my example ? I said only a portion of the video, not the entire video, that's a basic zoom in.

That's just a camera shot on its own layer, positioned in between other stuff, then the scale & position is animated.

Dead simple. Third class of Premiere Pro 101 - type stuff.

I have to agree with Dave on this one - take the time and initiative to watch free online tutorials on how to USE Premiere and teach yourself the basics. Too many folks on these forums get Premiere and immediately ask "Show me how to do this". The point of the forums is for solving PROBLEMS, when people get stuck, not for free training.

That said, I'll give you a freebie.

Put Game clip on V1 track. Put person clip on V2 above other clip. Use Adobe Motion effect to scale V2 clip down to size and position where you want it. Can also use CROP effect to trim edges of V2 clip.
