How can I cut and manuiplate audio down to millisecond level?

ok so im trying to sync some music together but im having trouble lining up the beats, snapping is off but it still isn't giving me free reign!?

You're limited by video frame rates. If you need that level of precision, edit your audio -- presumably it's music -- in Adobe Audition, which you should have already.

In the Wrench Icon of the source viewer

In the Wrench Icon of the program viewer

In the Panel Menu of the Sequnce panel

you can enable "Show Audio Time Units"

this allows you to work at the sample level.

However....it adds some overhead...so I recommend only using it when you need it.

Right-click in the timeline ruler area and select Show Audio Time Units.

This will allow you to perform subframe edits with the Razor Tool and with Trim.
