Hello all,

I'm trying to listen to some mp3 music tracks, nothing crazy, 44100Hz 32Bit and my audio meters are freezing.
They display the first few seconds and after they get stuck on a high db level.

First time I have this problem.
Any ideas ?

Thanks,
Alexandre

Try converting mp3's to wav or aiff files. Mp3's can cause intermittent problems in Adobe applications. PP isn't the only one. And there's no rhyme or reason behind WHICH mp3's will cause problems. That's why it's wise to avoid them in the first place. Or at the very least, convert them at the very first hint of trouble.

Hello David,

Thanks for the advice. It makes sense....
These Mp3 are preview files, I'll try converting to AIFF to see how it reacts.
