I am wondering if there is some better workflow or tool that will look through footage and (at the very least) mark if not cut footage from the video if it has no audio or audio below a certain gain level...

Am I crazy?

Basically, I have a project where an office is filmed for about 5 hours a day and they want only the footage with dialogue in it. Everything else can be trashed as far as they are concerned. It's a two camera shot as well.

Any help is appreciated.

It shouldn't take too long to do it by hand, looking at the audio waveform.
