Hi ! I need to make a countdown in premiere, that starts on 2 hours, and end within 15 seconds. So in other words I can´t do this countdown in realtime, and therefore can´t use the timecode effect. Are there anyway i can solve this problem within premiere?

You could nest your 2-hour timecode and then speed it up. If you want a more creative look though, you're better off creating it in After Effects.

Use the time-code effect, export the clip from the sequence, bring the clip back in to Premiere and reverse the speed.
