24p to 25p Duplicate Frames

Hi there. I have footage shot at 23.98 and my client needs 25p PAL. The problem isn't converting it, which is what I have done, the problem is the duplicate frames that are being created.

I'm wondering if there is a fix for this besides a Standards Conversion Kit.

Thank you.

adobe by default creates whole frame duplicates. the other options are:

1 .you could either speed change it to match frame for frame in the new sequence
2. or leverage the new optical flow built into cc
export Settings dialog, choose Time Interpolation > Optical Flow

3. use 3rd party tools such as compressor, alchemist etc.

I've used Optical Flow a few times and if you can live with the added render time, the output looks fantastic.
