I have a video that I have to edit in which a phone is seen with a green photo on its screen. What's the easiest way to replace this with an image

After Effects. Not Premiere Pro. You'll want to work with Mocha for the tracking.

I am guessing the phone is moving right? So you need to track it. Compositing a screen replacement is more suited to Ae than Pr, but if it does not too complicated in terms of compositing, you can also try mocha pro plugin that is supported for Pr https://www.imagineersystems.com/videos/basics-of-tracking-and-masks-with-m...
