Hello,

Recently after the latest CC update from yesterday, it would seem that it has reset my aspect ration settings in some way.

I opened up a project that I had previously saved, and instead of rendering out at 1920 x 1080, it's rendering out at 1440 x 1080.

Here's a screen cap:

Now, I'm fully aware of this page:

http://help.adobe.com/en_US/AfterEffects/9.0/WS3878526689cb91655866c1103906...

And it's very interesting, but what I'm really looking for is just directions on what drop down menu or drop box I need to check or click, or what not.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide any help!

In the Export Panel you posted both the source and export sequences are set to 1440x1080 (1.333). Set to 1920x1080 (1.0) instead.

If you dragged a clip into the New Item icon to create a matching sequence your footage is obviously 1440x1080 par 1.33.
You can export to 1920x1080 par 1.0 if you like.
