Yanki PriWill GPU be useful in this scenario?

i would like to explain you the kind of work for which i am considering a gpu.

My timeline consist of

(a) footage shot with canon 5d mark iii

(b) many jpeg images of max 1000 x 600 pixels (all the images are given motion in terms of position or scale)

(c) photoshop text (only text layer, all the text are given motion in terms of position or scale)

The entire timeline has a background image at the bottom-most layer and a frame (again a photoshop layer with transparency, just like a frame around the entire video) at the topmost layer. Everything is between these 2 layers.

The canon footage will have photoshop text appear on the video and at other times, there will be only images and photoshop text (both with motion) on the background image.

There will be transition between the images and photoshop images (while they are in motion)

So, in such a situation, will having a gpu help in exporting the movie? will gpu play any role in any of the above mentioned scenario?

your reply and advice will be extremely appreciated in making a decision for me.

regards
