I'm using Premiere CC to create large amounts of stock footage clips between 5 and 20 seconds each. I'm stuck with about 100 individual clips I cut from my raw footage and dropped into my timeline. (sequence 01) I don't want to have to copy, cut, create a new sequence and paste each of clips. Is there a way to do that more efficiently like to automatically have one new sequence created per clip for a large amount of clips?

Sorry...your post is a little unclear....

did you start with a clip and now you have 100 edits that you like each one to be a sequence?

or you have a 100 clips in the project panel and you want 100 sequences (but for some reason you put them in s single seq?)

what are you trying to do with them?

I'll help if I can...

Thanks for your reply and sorry for my poor description of the problem. Yes I have 100 clips in my project panel and I want to create 100 sequences out of them, and yes I put them in a single sequence.

I'm ultimately trying to have each clip in a single sequence in order to batch-encode them all and have them submitted to various stock footage agencies.

Thanks again for your help!

Why not just bring them directly in Adobe Media Encoder?

Yep....even if you are marking selects in the source viewer...

those marks will be accessible in media encoder without having them in a sequence...

Oh wow thanks guys I didn't realize I could do that! Will Adobe Media Encoder create unique names for each file like Sequence 01, Sequence 02 etc?

Yes it will, you could also select all your clips in the Premiere project panel and select export to Media Encoder, same reult.
