I have an .mov file that is quicktime video and PCM audio.
When played in VLC the clip shows 8 audio tracks in the audio drop down menu. I can select one track at a time to play. Each track is a different isolation channel from the recording. (One is a lead singer mic, one is a crowd nat mic, one is the electric guitar, one is the piano, etc.)
I've identified track 6 as the one track I'd like to have isolated for use in Premiere Pro, but when I import the .mov file into premiere pro, I only get one audio channel (the first one I presume) that has all 8 channels mixed together.
I've tried "Modify Audio" in premiere, but it only gives me the ability to manipulate the first channel in different ways. I can't seem to access the other "streams" of audio isolated in anyway.
Any advice on ways to isolate this track? Other software solutions?
