Margarita DrozdoffLosing effects on copying clips from one sequence to another (also items shift position relative to one another)

I have a sequence "A", with dimensions of 660 x 700.
I created a new, empty sequence "B", 1280 x 720.

When I select all clips from A and paste them into B:

1. The Track Matte Key effect loses the layer ID of the track matte for all clips, so need to reinstate it.

2. Items shift relative to one another, though I'm quite sure the anchor point was centered for all, so would imagine they should be positioned identically relative to one another in the new, larger canvas.

The broader question is: Is there a way to copy all clips from one sequence to another and be certain all aspects/effects stay identical when pasted into new sequence? Or is there some known subset of things that you know you have to recheck and adjust after pasting?
