Hi, I'm hoping someone on here might be able to point me in the right direction for what I'm looking for.

I know Premiere Pro can export image sequences, but what I'm looking to do specifically is to export a sequence of images from footage, that has the footage name as reference, into a document. This would be used for reference to easily see what footage we have without going through the actual video. If I can specify how many frames in I want each shot to be from too, that would be a bonus.
I could do this manually but does anyone know if I am able to do this in Premiere Pro, or if there is a piece of software that I can use?

Thanks, H

I've never used it, but I think Adobe Prelude is made for this type of thing. I don't know much about it, but you might give it a look.
