Export stops at 89%. 1 Frame is messy

I do have a weird Problem:
I have a 4k Sequence in Premiere Pro CS6. Its resolutions are 4096 x 1716 px, Square Pixels, 25 FPS.
A Guy already did the Color Grading, which means I dont have many videoparts in the Sequence, just one Clip with Title- and PSD-Files in the tracks above. Now I tried to Export the whole Sequence and the Export stopped at 89%. That was weird. Then I exported the whole Sequence for DCP in a TIFF-Sequence. It stopped after 34739 Frames (=89%). And now the weird on it: If I skip the 34780th Frame and Export the Rest of it, it works. And the 34780th Frame cannot be exported alone. That means: My Premiere Pro Sequence has a Hugh Problem with just ONE Frame. But this Frame is similar to all the others, I cannot find a difference.
For the DCP its no Problem, because we can skip this Frame, noone will notice. But we will have to encode it also for DVD and vimeo/YouTube and then we Need a complete videofile. Have you ever heard about one messy Frame in Premiere Pro CS6?
