I am working with 140 hours of footage that is in Spanish. I have 1000s of pages of transcriptions/translations.

I cannot figure out a way to use them within Premiere CC. There is way too much for me to add one line at a time. If I could at least view them in the source window while I edit it would make my life much easier. Otherwise I have to read and then watch, moving back and fourth.

What I have is formatted like the example below.

[17:39:19.22] - [17:39:20.18]

Blanca: Ya hija?

Blanca: Ready, child?

[17:39:21.09] - [17:39:22.11]

Blanca: El es Oscar, mire.

Blanca: This is Oscar, look.

[17:39:24.09] - [17:39:26.02]

Blanca: El es Oscar, ya esta agonizando mire.

Blanca: This is Oscar, he's dying, look.

Try this from Fx Factory. You can import text files to use, like your transcript. You can test it with a free trial.
