I have been tasked with creating a simple 5 second video clip for a 9600x3240 video wall. This video will serve as a clip holder for a digital signage template.

The problem that I'm running into is that when I try to export from Premiere Pro CS6 or AE CS6 at 9600x3240 my video gets resized to 2000x2000. I have to use the H.264 codec for the digital signage software and I haven't been able to find a workaround.

Has anybody been able to export at higher dimensions from CS6 or is there a H.264 codec that supports larger sizes that anyone knows about?

Thanks,

Ron

H264 does not support that frame size. I would ask for delivery specifications from the company that is running the wall. I'd wager that if they want H264 they want the image split to multiple parts.
