Hi there
After years of Final cut, I'm now moving to Premiere.
I have Premiere pro CC 2015 and I'm editing a 4 camera recorded show.
The multicamera edit works very well but I need to colour correct one of the cameras.
I have been looking at tutorials and searching around but couldn't find a solution.
At the moment what I'm doing is after I edit using multicamera, I go clip by clip colour correcting,
There must be a better way!! Can I colour correct one camera before starting the multicamera edit?

Thank you

yes...

in essence you can do base global cc to the clips inside the multicam source sequence. this will propagate out to the multicam edit.

then you can do shot specific fixes in the multicam edit.

Thank you Alex

I learned that in order to CC an entire camera in multicamera, first I must flatten the secuence, correct?

so, once the sequence is flatten and effects applied to clips, can I continue editing using multicamera in that sequence?

or

Is there a way to colour correct one camera before doing the multicamera edit?

Thank you

[jordi robert] "I learned that in order to CC an entire camera in multicamera, first I must flatten the secuence, correct?"

No. Not necessary. Open the multiclip and add the correction to the clip your interested in. That's it. This holds for all audio and video EFX.

You don't have to flatten anything to do what you want. Open the multiclip in the timeline (right click on the multiclip-clip and choose that option in the drop down menu.) Add your CC effect to the clip you want. Done. All clips pointing back to this clip will have the CC applied, even if they were already edited into a timeline. You can do this with any audio or video effect.
