Ok, let me explain. I've selected hundreds of clips, indicating their in/out points and separated them into different Bins by subject. When viewing these clips, premiere shows a thumbnail of the video, but not within the in/out points. This would be sooooo helpful! and makes sense. Why does the preview show a random part of the clip and not your selected in point???

It would make things so much easier to look at my selected clips and see a preview from my selected IN point instead of a random part of the video!

I hope there is a way to fix this. Thanks so much!

The Media Browser is what imports the source files from local drives into a Project.

How would it see In and Out Points in a non destructive process such as NLE?

Is there a reason you're not using the source monitor? It has a lot more playback options and can loop between in and out points. The icons are just for quick footage scrubbing.
