I used to have this disk setup in my budget PC that I use for video editing:

SAMSUNG EVO 840 120GB: OS and software
2X SEAGATE 7200RPM 1TB in RAID0: Source files and projects
2X SEAGATE 7200RPM 1TB in RAID0: Scratch disks

One of the drives in a RAID0 array failed. Long story short, I'm about to format and clean-install everything and the disk setup I'll use looks like this:

SAMSUNG EVO 840 120GB SSD: OS and software
SAMSUNG EVO 850 500GB SSD:?
SEAGATE 7200RPM 1TB:?
SEAGATE 7200RPM 1TB:?
SEAGATE 7200RPM 1TB:?

How would you set up those drives for best performance with Premiere CC? Will it be worth it to create a RAID0 array with a couple of those drives, or would they be better suited to individual tasks? Ideally, I'd like to reserve one of the HDD for backup porpuses. Though it's primary task is video editing, this is also my main desktop PC, so it has Dropbox, music collection, documents, etc... Not to much heavy software, though, other than the Premiere, Photoshop and Lightroom. Absolutely no games or gaming programs.

BTW, The system is an Intel i7 4790 in Windows 10 Pro, with 16GB RAM.
I have an NVIDIA card (GTX660) with the CUDA activated in Premiere. Performance was very good before that HDD failed, but I wouldn't mind squeezing a bit more out of the system if possible.

Thanks!!
