We're about to start a 13 episode series, that uses a lot of L3rds, full screen splashes and over the shoulders. I don't like PPro's built-in titler -- is there a different program, or a Photoshop plugin/script/action that can make my life easier?

I've tried to make myself like PPro titler, but it's a slog -- text sizing is never consistent, and the tools are not intuitive for my tastes.

Yes, if you have both Photoshop and After Effects available to you, the sky is the limit.

System:
Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2014 (as of 7/2015)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
