Weird Thing happens to footage once I imported them to Premier

I just imported new footage to a new project on my Adobe Premier Pro CC and my footage gets messed for some reason when they are still. When I play the video, they look just fine, even when I export the video. However, it is really frustrating to work with the videos like that. I am not sure what the problem is and why it does that to me. Even if I zoom the view to the video, it fixes the problem. But when it is on "fit" mode, it does the same thing.

You installed El Capitan. Turn the Mercury Playback Engine to software until Adobe optimizes it's software to the new OS.
