Dave StalnakerRotating and enlarging only part of a clip

Hello all!

I am trying to work in Premiere and hopefully this is possible.

Please forgive my complete ignorance on proper terminology and lack of experience, but I need some help.

I have a clip that I would like to have a section of it rotated 12 degrees and enlarged. But I do not know how to do so.

Again. Not the whole image but just a simple section.
The section is animated, but does not move outside of the boundaries of where it starts and finishes.

Basically, I have 3 objects that are all different, but doing the same thing almost.
Except the middle one.
It is cooked and smaller.

Please help.

Duplicate the clip in a track above your original. Use the crop tool to trim down to the part you need. Then you can enlarge and rotate is separately.
