I'm trying to zoom into a map (link below), within PPro CC, and it's not maintaining its quality. I'm seeking any advice on how to solve this problem so I can zoom into this map without it losing quality/clarity. Here was my workflow. A graphic designer colleague made the map for me, in a PDF, and PPro wouldn't let me import that. So I tried saving it as both an Illustrator file (.ai) and an EPS file. The EPS file was better but still got a little blurry at the end. The .ai file was really blurry when I zoomed. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! 9119_metaneps.eps.zip
Premiere does not support scaling vector graphics, it treats them as bitmaps.
Either do the animation in After Effects (and make sure you check 'continuously rasterize' in the comp layer) or scale the vector to the largest size you'll need it in Illustrator before importing it into Premiere.
