Audio problems after opening XML from DaVinci in Premiere

Not sure if I should post this one in the DaVinci thread or the Premiere one though, but:
After importing the XML made in DaVinci Resolve 11 Lite into Premiere Pro CC 2015, all of the 8 audio layers are the same. Same info, same wave form, same audio, all 8 of them ...
These were my steps:
1. Synced audio and video files in DaVinci using timecode and append tracks, then created a timeline.
2. In EDIT I opened the timeline and there are 8 different audio layers (different audio and wave forms). Everything is in sync and everything is in order.
3. Export to XML (also tried this in AAF format)
4. Open in Premiere and voila: all the audio layers are the same.
The material is MXF and was shot on a C300. Though I have the same problem with material shot on a FS7.
I searched a lot of forums, there's a lot of info about round trips, but I can't find a solution myself nor online. Any help is very welcome.
