Hi
I have a scene where someone walks into a room, stands still for about 15 seconds, and then changes into a new pose.

Basically I need to make the part where he stands still for 15 seconds look like he only stood still for 1 second. I tried cutting out parts of this section, but even though it appears he is still, he is slightly moving, so when I do this there is a noticeable jump b/w frames.
So I was thinking of speeding up this 15 second part by about 500-700%, but it looks a bit unnatural. How can I smooth out this slightly jittery sped up section?
I'm using premiere pro but also have an after effects demo (but am a complete beginner in AE)
thanks!!

If you have CC2015 you can try using MorphCut (assuming the background is static). If you have Avid 8 you can try using FluidMorph (if you don't have it you can download a free trial).
