Hi, how do you create this zoom effect happening at 04:02 in this video?

Looks like two FX. One is a slight push-in. Could be a simple FX zoom-in on the shot. Then it cuts to a brief bit of slo-mo. Nothing too exotic.

Not the following shot starts in slo-mo, then comes back up to full speed again.

First of all, thank you for your answer.

But it seems like there is something happening around the object (in this case the DJ) when zooming in.

And what do you mean by 'push-in effect'? English is not my native language.

Its a zoom in and at the same time set to slow motion.
On top an animated radial blur (AE)
