Hey guys-
I need to move a Premiere project from one computer to mine, but the media is scattered to the wind all over her machine. It is a rather long project, so I need to consolidate the media on the output.

What is the best way to save the project after removing all the unused media in order to get a copy of all the USED media saved to a folder, so she can hand me a hard drive.

Thanks!
CHapman

Premiere Pro has what is called a Project Manager - if you've ever use After Effects' Collect Files, you'll know what I'm talking about. But the PPro Project Manager has a bit more under the hood:

After reading through the options with Project Manager, you may want to rethink the last paragraph in your post.
