Is there a way to convert an Elements project to a CC project? It used to be that you could just change the extension from .prel to .prproj. I tried that (Elements project created in Windows, I'm working on a Mac) and I get funky timelines all in black and I can't see the clips. Trying to re-edit a package for a show I'm recording tomorrow morning....
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried importing the .prel file to a project? Because that's what Premiere help suggests: http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/importing-sequences-clip-lists-li...

Tried it. Premiere CC import can't see a .prel file.

Hi Warren,

[Warren] "Is there a way to convert an Elements project to a CC project?"

Yes, but it's a Windows only workflow. I caution you that it doesn't work very well. At least from my testing. If you are using a Mac, then it's simply not supported.

Thanks,
Kevin
