Force Premiere Pro CC to list clips within folders when searching metadata?!
on Jan 17, 2015 at 3:40:33 pm

Hi,

I'm working as an assistant on a documentary film. Currently we're implementing all the metadata to our clips in Adobe Premiere. The thing is - while searching the metadata Premiere just selects the folder which contains the wanted clips. 3 in this folder, 2 in the other one... any way to list them all instead of clicking through every folder? It's just the 'filter search' I know but the other one (Ctrl+F) doesn't do the job either.

Thanks

~

I'd use Prelude to log your metadata if you need to and then check out this for exploring the Search Bin feature in Premiere Pro CC

Thank you!

Prelude didn't fulfill our expectations but the 'search bins' option is a lifesaver.
