Nick HansbauerDownscaling from 4k to 1080p in Adobe Media Encoder.... Which settings are optimal?

Hi there, this is a longtime reader here, finally writing my first post!

We recently shot something on a Blackmagic 4k Production Camera (using the 4k ProRes Proxy setting). Now the editing system we thought we would have for post production isn't available anymore, and the only system that we'll be able to work on can't properly handle the files. (Just not powerful enough.) I was therefore thinking that I might just batch convert all the 4k files to 1080p files using Adobe's Media Encoder.

Now for my actual question, given the format we shot in and the format I'd like to get to, what precise settings or presets would you recommend I use so that I can downscale to 1080p, but losing only the most minimal amount of quality. (Always rather paranoid when doing conversions, that I'm going to greatly impact the image.)

Thanks in advance for all your input!
