I have created a pdf using export to clipnotes. I nor my customer can make use of this file, it tells us across the top of the file once opened that "Please fill out the following form. You cannot save data typed into this form." Also We get a message "This document enables Reader capabilities that are no longer enabled in this Reader version".
I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and have Adobe Reader 9 as does the client.
I have tried searching and cannot seem to find a solution.
So I guess I need to tell all of my clients that they need to revert to an older version of Adobe Reader, in order to use a newer version of Adobe Clip Notes?? (If this is even possible? Is there a way to use an older version if you already have the newer version?)
This is not cool! Surely Adobe can figure out a workaround so that their products work together? This is totally unprofessional don't you think?
