 | Premiere 2020 Timeline glitch?

Hi, sometimes after dragging videos to the timeline, UI getting glitchy. I can go through the timeline, but the blue line is not moving. If I fullscreen a panel or so it won't show it, but everything's working behind the scene. I tried deleting cache, but not worked.

Oh and works fine asap I delete that clip from project files.

If you are asking for help, we need a lot more information. Computer, OS, RAM, storage, version of Adobe, footage file type/codecs you are using.

Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
