jump to timecode shortcut key - premiere pro

does anyone know a shortcut key sequence for jumping to a timecode mark (either in Source or Program panel)? it's been bugging me for years and i'm finally seeking answers. i used to use "+/-" and a number sequence in FCP to jump forward in the timeline or viewer, but Prem Pro doesn't seem to have anything like that.

thanks in advance

It works in the same exact way in Premiere.

What Tero says. I use it all the time.

System:
Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.

If you want to jump so many frames use the + or -. If you know your timecode, just type it. Works in timeline, program window, or preview. One caveat... I can only do it from my numeric keypad on my Mac. I can do it from the top row, if I click on the timecode display.
