Fuller House Intro

Hi Does anyone know how I can make the intro to Fuller House? I just need help with the wooden frame in the beginning and the color graphics. Is there a template for it anywhere? Not sure how to do the layers in adobe premiere.

Please help. Working on a project for my daughter.

That was most likely done in After Effects, the compositing app, not Premiere Pro.

I agree with Shane. This was most likely done in After Effects, and it won't be easy if you don't know the application.
Learning Premiere Pro is like learning to drive the family car.
Learning After Effects is like learning how to fly an F-22 Raptor in combat.
I wish it were easier, but it isn't.
