I've got a transcript of a film in Microsoft Word that I'm looking to use to create subtitles for the film inside Premiere Pro.
Is there a way I can import the entirety of the text into the captioning system and then break it up line-by-line once it's inside? At the moment, I'm having to copy and paste a line in, then press the '+' icon, then copy and paste the next line in, and so on and so on... It's pretty arduous work!
It would be great if there was a system whereby I could get all the text into Premiere, then separate lines as I saw fit.

My go to way of doing this for long form projects is to submit the text file and sound and pay to
have it captioned....way quicker and not very expensive. I also pay the extra for the result review for 100% accurate results.
This is the company i use: http://www.automaticsync.com
For commercials, I caption by hand using the method you described.
