Good morning,
I have an old video that is poor quality. 25fps. 160x112. Very small and pixelated/blocky.
When I enlarge, it of course just gets worse.

I have tried some different converters using deblocks etc, but nothing seems to work. I have also tried to clean it up in Adobe Premiere with no luck.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

That's...a postage stamp.

Garbage In, Garbage Out

Sorry, there is no magic fix, there is nothing there to work with.

My fears are confirmed. Thanks for all the responses. I will give those far stretch suggestions a shot

AE does have a Detail-Preserving Upscale that you could try, but I doubt it will help much. Just not enough information in a postage stamp size file.

The most you can hope for with that is improving it from "way, way too small" to "way too small".

Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)

4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
