I purchased the SliceX and TrackX CoreMelt academic bundle two days ago and have yet to receive my confirmation email. Therefore i haven't got my serial/license number yet. I have emailed the support and sales and no one has replied. What is going on?

I had checked the spam folder for the email, but it was never received. I purchased the full version of the bundle this morning with my credit card and it worked perfectly. I did this because I noticed the PayPal payment was still processing (not complete). Got the verification email almost immediately after the credit card purchase.
Is it possible to refund the academic version? please refund through PayPal as I don't want to pay twice!
I am excited to use this software! So much easier than the key framing I was doing by hand in FCP7!!
